Sometimes I look at a paper kit in the CTMH Idea Book and think, "That's nice, but not for me." And usually after I get my hands on it and start playing with it I fall in love with it. That is the case with the Buzz and Bumble paper collection on pg 29 (Item G1054). I love it. Here are a couple of cards I made using scraps I had left after making layouts. I used the B and B workshop on the go stamp set for one and the adorable Bugs & Hugs stamp set (Item D1535) on the other one. I also added a pinch of Crystal Blue color, see how it pops? I think Olive would look nice too.
Have a memorable day!

April Playgroup - Buzz And Bumble Collection
I am so pleased with these scrapbook layouts. The photographs don't quite show off their beauty. You may just have to make them yourself to see what I mean. You'll need the Buzz & Bumble workshop kit (G1054) which comes with all the paper, coordinating stamps & embellishments and instructions. I added the Artisan Studs (Z1816) and Wooden Mini-Medley accents (Z1837). You'll also need blocks for your stamps and Sunset, Cocoa & Creme Brule ink pads.
The flowers and "seed packet" are a few of the images in the stamp set that comes with the workshop kit. Aren't they cute? You can also see the wooden accents and Artisan Studs. |

(2) .5" circles
Artiste:
1.5" sunburst circles p. 35
1" diamond p. 49
(2) 3" leaves p. 55
Notice the glitter paper I used on the eyes? That is a new product in the 2013 Spring Summer Idea Book from Close To My Heart. It is cricut friendly and adds flare to your project.
Happy Valentines Day!

March Playgroup - Later Sk8r
I hear a lot of people request more "boy paper." We want more paper patterns for picture of the Man in our life, or little man as the case may be. Later Sk8r meets that demand with it's rugged skater theme. We're big skaters at my house, but I thought this would show off swimming and scouting photos. Don't shy away from this if you don't have any boys. I think the colors would lend itself well to girls also. You could even add a little "Gypsy" (lavender) cardstock to give it a more femine touch.
